Michael Surabian
Michael has been a first responder for over 30 years. He served six years, handling logistics and medical, for the North Eastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (NEMLEC) Incident Management Team (IMT) which provides support to all of the NEMLEC regional units in terms of communications, operational plans, and coordination for large scale events. He is a licensed electrician and works for American Alarm and Communications, serving Department of Defense and federal buildings in the Boston area. He is on the command staff for the Health and Human Services (HHS) Surgical and Trauma Team, with over 30 deployments aiding in establishing field service hospitals in national and international disaster areas. He is a graduate of the New Mexico Tech Bomb School and has completed the Train the Trainer program. He is also an instructor for Rescue Task Force (RTF).
